CARACASVILLE REBRAND
About the Company
With a passion for cooking and lack of Venezuelan cuisine in Nashville, Ivonne and Fidel Vasquez opened Caracasville at the Nashville Farmers’ Market. Three months after opening, they introduced Arepas, a dish made of ground maize dough, to their menu, and they started attracting more and more customers.
The market helped them grow as a pop up restaurant and now they feel ready to expand. They now have a truck that they are converting into a food truck.
Made with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Project Outline
This project is based around a Nashville local food truck business. They serve authentic Venezuelan. I noticed their google page has lots of great views with a 4.6 star rating, but their branding did not seem to match the same quality level as their food. Hispanic food businesses typically have a lot of personality shown throughout their store and menu. Just because they are in a food truck does not mean their expression should be restricted.
